The school representative further analyzed that the orientation to promote and nurture students' talents is part of the general policy on the development of general education according to Conclusion 91 of the Politburo and Resolution No. 29 on fundamental and comprehensive innovation in education and training. At the same time, this orientation is also consistent with the 2030 education development strategy "maximizing the potential and creativity of each individual, creating a foundation for realizing the goal of a rich people, a strong country, democracy, fairness, civilization, a prosperous and happy country".

The school plans to start enrolling students in June this year. Before March 31, the school will announce the enrollment plan. In the first year, the school will enroll 3 classes with about 100 students.

The expected admission method includes 2 rounds, in which round 1 is selection; round 2 is by interview (if the number of registrations is small) or organizing an entrance exam and assessment (if the number of registrations is large and is done on paper).
