In Ho Chi Minh City, 22,147 houses in projects have been granted pink books by authorities to buyers, exceeding the 2023 plan (22,000 applications).
That is a notable figure in the report of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Ho Chi Minh City on the issuance of certificates of land use rights, house ownership rights and other assets attached to land (pink books) in 2023.
Authorities continue to resolve problems in granting pink books for apartments in commercial housing projects.
In order to speed up the progress of granting pink books for land for commercial housing projects in the city, the Department of Natural Resources and Environment issued a plan to deploy groups of solutions to remove difficulties and obstacles in May 2023.
Accordingly, more than 81,000 apartments in 335 projects are included in this plan with 6 groups of problems. Specifically, legal problems; waiting for verification of financial obligations; businesses are slow to submit documents for certificate issuance; problems with new types of real estate; performing additional financial obligations; other groups of problems.
The authorities have issued the first pink books to 7,184 individuals and organizations (56 organizations). Real estate change registration (organizations and individuals) is 320,729 pink books.
It is estimated that in 2023, the city budget's revenue from issuing pink books (personal income tax and registration tax) will be 7,781 billion VND.
