The auction of 27 plots of land in three wards of Phu Luong, Yen Nghia, Duong Noi (Ha Dong district) took place on October 19 and ended after 14 hours on the "auction floor" with a total of about 200 bidders. Of which, the winning plot had the highest price of 262 million VND/m2, 8.2 times higher than the starting price in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward). The remaining plots had winning prices ranging from 146 million VND to 183 million VND/m2.

Accordingly, the land lot in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) won the highest auction price of 262 million VND with the code 1A-03, with an area of ​​57.5 square meters, with the total amount after the auction being 15 billion VND, nearly 8.2 times higher than the starting price.

According to the reporter's records, opposite the land lot marked 1A-03 (circled in red - reporter) in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area with the auction price of 262 million VND/m2 is the cemetery.

The land has 2 frontages, one side facing a major road, one side facing an internal road.

In Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward), many plots of land have built houses from 5-7 floors.

According to a survey by PV, auctioned land lots in Dong Danh - Dong Coc area (Phu Luong ward) are being offered for sale on the market at prices ranging from 170 - 200 million VND depending on location.
