Over the years, the Party Committee of Thai Binh Commune (Yen Son) has continuously promoted its role as a political nucleus, leading the people to effectively carry out socio-economic development tasks, especially in the New Rural Development Program (NTM). Right from the implementation of the New Rural Development Program, the Party Committee of the commune has clearly identified its role as a comprehensive leader and director, arousing the sense of responsibility and self-awareness of the people in contributing their efforts and money to build their homeland... With the spirit of solidarity, creativity and high determination, the Party Committee has achieved many important results, creating a new look for the locality. In 2019, Thai Binh commune completed the NTM, in 2021 the commune completed the advanced NTM, in 2022 the model NTM. This year, 2025, the commune is aiming to complete the smart NTM.

Comrade Nguyen Tien Dong, Secretary of the Thai Binh Commune Party Committee, shared: Solidarity is a vital factor in building a strong Party organization. If there is no unity and consensus within the Party, any policy, no matter how correct, will be difficult to implement effectively. Therefore, we always uphold the spirit of democracy, listen to the opinions of Party members, and create consensus before implementing important tasks. A successful Party organization not only focuses on organizational building but also must lead well the task of socio-economic development, improving the material and spiritual life of the people. The Party organization needs to have the right direction, mobilizing the strength of the people in emulation movements and building new rural areas. When people's lives are improved, their trust in the Party is also stronger.

In 2024, Thai Hoa Commune Party Committee is the only commune Party Committee in Ham Yen district to be classified as having excellently completed its tasks. The goal of Thai Hoa Commune in 2025 is to complete the advanced NTM. According to comrade Quach Thi Minh Nguyet, Secretary of Thai Hoa Commune Party Committee, building a strong Party is the foundation for successfully implementing the goal of building a NTM. A clean and strong Party organization will ensure effective leadership, propose correct policies and resolutions in accordance with reality, create momentum to promote socio-economic development, and improve people's lives. The Party Committee of the commune strictly implements working regulations, ensures the principle of democratic centralism, maintains discipline and order in leadership, direction and operation. The organization of Party committee and Party activities must be maintained in a disciplined manner, ensuring publicity, transparency, and promoting collective intelligence in all decisions. At the same time, subordinate Party cells need to thoroughly grasp and seriously implement the Party's resolutions and directives, carry out self-criticism and criticism well, and enhance the role of the core leadership at the grassroots level. Each Party cell must proactively follow the practical situation, promptly propose appropriate solutions to improve work efficiency, and contribute to building a clean and strong Party organization.

Stick to reality, listen to opinions from the grassroots

Lieutenant Colonel Le Minh Phuong, Commander of the Na Hang District Military Command, shared: Studying and following Uncle Ho is an important driving force for the unit to successfully complete its tasks. Learning from Uncle Ho does not stop at awareness, but must be concretized by practical actions in each working position and each assigned task. Each officer and soldier in the unit must take Uncle Ho's teachings as a compass, uphold the spirit of responsibility, self-discipline, dedication to work, not afraid of difficulties and hardships. In particular, it is necessary to maintain the qualities of Uncle Ho's soldiers, closely attached to the people, ready to receive and complete all tasks well, especially in training, combat readiness, natural disaster prevention, search and rescue, especially in directing the organization of training for subjects to ensure strictness, compliance with regulations, with many breakthrough innovations compared to previous years in terms of performance content and form in the actual combat, achieving excellent results, absolute safety.

In 2024, Hung Thanh Ward is honored to be the only locality in Tuyen Quang city to meet civilized urban standards. This is the result of the close and drastic leadership and direction of the local Party Committee and government, along with the consensus and joint efforts of the people. Comrade Dao Quang Hau, Secretary of the Hung Thanh Ward Party Committee, shared: When cadres and party members have the right awareness and high responsibility, they will act for the common good, putting political tasks above personal interests. This is an important factor helping the Party Committee maintain its long-term purity and strength. Proposing correct, timely and feasible policies has helped Hung Thanh Ward effectively solve the problems arising, from urban management, environmental protection, maintaining security and order to improving the material and spiritual life of the people. Emulation movements to build civilized urban areas are deployed synchronously and practically, linked to local realities and legitimate aspirations of the people, creating clear changes in the awareness and actions of each citizen.

Comrade Dao Quang Hau also said: An excellent Party organization must not only be strong in organization but also flexible and creative in leadership methods. Instead of directing in an administrative and stereotyped manner, it is necessary to closely follow reality, listen to opinions from the grassroots to have appropriate solutions.
