On April 11, the Department of Education and Training held a training conference on the organization of the High School Graduation Exam; University and College admissions for Preschool Education in 2025. Through the training conference, the aim is to ensure that the High School Graduation Exam and University and College admissions are conducted safely, seriously, objectively, and in accordance with regulations.

During the one-day event, delegates representing the Department of Education and Training of districts and cities, units under the Department of Education and Training, high schools, junior high schools and high schools, and vocational education and continuing education centers were informed about the Examination Regulations, Examination Instructions and points to note regarding University and College admissions for Preschool Education in 2025. The delegates also discussed the advantages and difficulties associated with each unit and locality to reach a consensus on implementing solutions to effectively organize the High School Graduation Exam and University and College admissions for Preschool Education in 2025. At the same time, they were instructed on how to use the software to manage the High School Graduation Exam in 2025; Instructions for considering Secondary School Graduation according to Circular No. 31 dated December 29, 2023 of the Minister of Education and Training on promulgating the Regulations on considering Secondary School Graduation.

This is the first year that the High School Graduation Exam is organized according to the 2018 General Education Program. Accordingly, the exam regulations and organization procedures of the High School Graduation Exam have many new points, such as increasing the application of information technology, digitizing the registration process, exam management, and grading; preventing high-tech cheating; stricter regulations on exam conditions, responsibilities of exam invigilators and candidates, changing the exam structure according to the orientation of developing students' capacity, increasing practical application questions... Approaching, fully grasping and preparing well for the conditions for the Exam is important to aim for a safe, serious, objective, and regulated Exam./.
