Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of Tuyen Quang Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong emphasized that Tuyen Quang province, "Capital of the liberated zone - Capital of resistance", is honored and delighted to be the locality chosen by the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to organize the "Conference of Leaders of Local Foreign Affairs Agencies in 2025".

During the resistance war against French colonialism, more than 60 central agencies were headquartered to lead the sacred resistance of the nation, including the Ministry of Foreign Affairs relic in Minh Thanh commune. He introduced to the delegates the potential and strengths in economic, cultural and social development of the province and highly appreciated the local foreign affairs work in the recent past.
