Congratulating Ms. Nubiela Yanarith Ayalamodes on her appointment as Panamanian Ambassador to Vietnam, Deputy Director Le Minh Thang expressed his hope that during her term of office, the Ambassador will continue to promote her role, elevate and further promote the relationship between the two countries.
Mr. Le Minh Thang affirmed that the Ministry of Foreign Affairs, the State Protocol Department as well as relevant units are always ready to support, cooperate and create all favorable conditions for the Ambassador to successfully complete his term of office in Vietnam.

Ambassador Nubiela Yanarith Ayalamodes thanked Deputy Director Le Minh Thang for his comments and sentiments, and affirmed that she will do her best during her term to further promote the cooperative relationship between the two countries.
The Ambassador hopes that during his term in Vietnam, he will continue to receive support from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and its units to fulfill his duties, contributing to further promoting the relationship between Vietnam and Panama.
Before being appointed as Ambassador of Panama to Vietnam, Ms. Nubiela Yanarith Ayalamodes also had experience as Vice Consul, Consulate General of Panama in Ho Chi Minh City from 2020-2024.
In addition, Ms. Nubiela Yanarith Ayalamodes has accompanied the former Ambassador of Panama to Vietnam many times in bilateral activities. During the meetings, she expressed her love for Vietnam and her desire to strengthen bilateral relations.
