The Politburo approved Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung as Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee.

(Dan Tri) - Mr. Le Minh Hung, Head of the Central Organizing Committee, presented the Politburo's decision approving Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung to hold the position of Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term.

On the morning of November 16, Nghe An Provincial Party Committee held a conference to announce the Politburo's Decision approving the Secretary of Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term. Mr. Le Minh Hung, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Organization Commission, attended and directed the conference.

In Decision No. 1674-QDNS/TW, dated November 12, the Politburo approved Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nghe An province, to hold the position of Secretary of the Nghe An Provincial Party Committee for the 2020-2025 term and appointed Mr. Trung to join the Party Committee of Military Region 4 for the 2020-2025 term.

Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung congratulated Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung on being assigned a new responsibility by the Politburo. Mr. Le Minh Hung affirmed that this was the trust of the Politburo, the Secretariat, and the Party Central Committee in Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung after more than 4 years of being transferred to Nghe An province.

The fact that Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung received an absolute number of votes from delegates present at the Conference to implement the election process for the Provincial Party Secretary for the 2020-2025 term, which took place on November 11, also demonstrated the trust of the Provincial Party Executive Committee in Mr. Trung personally.

Head of the Central Organizing Committee Le Minh Hung believes that with his experience gained through practical work and his attachment to Nghe An province, Mr. Nguyen Duc Trung will excellently complete the assigned tasks.
