Along with the strong participation of the entire BIDV system in digital transformation, especially developing the small business customer base through providing convenient payment solutions, BIDV Nam Ha Tinh has deployed many solutions and programs to increase market share in payment transactions for small business customers.

With strong campaigns such as "Cashless Streets", "QR Covering for Small Business Customers", BIDV Nam Ha Tinh staff are present at trading centers such as: Ky Anh New Market, Cam Xuyen Hoi Market, business streets in Ky Anh Town, Cam Xuyen Town.

In 2023, BIDV Nam Ha Tinh has launched 4 campaigns with nearly 200 staff participating. With efforts, in a short time, BIDV Nam Ha Tinh has achieved very encouraging results with more than 11,614 new registered customers. To achieve this result, from the beginning of the year, the branch has assigned targets to departments and divisions along with motivational programs to promptly reward, encourage and motivate individuals and groups to excellently complete the targets.
