At the dialogue, most of the recommendations mainly suggested considering granting resettlement land; land location to determine compensation price; determining long-term household owners in the locality; re-counting assets on land to supplement compensation plans...
Some of the people's recommendations have a basis for adjusting the compensation plan. The leaders of Bien Hoa city requested the Ward People's Committee to coordinate with the Provincial Land Fund Center to go to the field to determine the specific details in the morning to consider supplementing the compensation plan according to regulations so that the people are not disadvantaged.

At the dialogue, 13 households agreed to hand over the land with nearly 3,000m2 . For cases where there was not enough basis to apply for adjustment and supplementation, Bien Hoa city leaders responded firmly to the people according to current regulations.
On the same morning, while inspecting the demolition work and handing over the clean land through Phuoc Tan ward to implement the Bien Hoa - Vung Tau Expressway Project, Bien Hoa City Party Secretary Ho Van Nam requested the Provincial Traffic Construction and Investment Project Management Board to request contractors to concentrate on leveling the construction site. Because through the actual inspection, many households had handed over the site but the project had not been leveled for construction. Therefore, the site through Phuoc Tan was still not open to traffic.
Up to now, the total area handed over to the project is 54.75/59.5 hectares, reaching over 92%. In addition, 58 households eligible for resettlement land will continue to be handed over to the local authorities to mobilize them to move to temporary housing while waiting for resettlement land.
For the remaining 107 cases where enforcement decisions have been made, the City Party Secretary requested the Enforcement Committee to focus on organizing plans to enforce land recovery according to regulations.
