The exhibition “Along the Heritage” introduces 112 illustrations by young artist Le Rin. The event will take place at Ho Van, part of the special national relic of Van Mieu-Quoc Tu Giam, from April 6 to May 30.
Coming to the exhibition, the public will be immersed in the beautiful scenery, food and stories about the heritage of each land through brilliant watercolor paintings.
Young artist Le Rin lives in Ho Chi Minh City. He is the author of two art books "Vietnam's delicious regions" and "Vietnam along the regions travelogue" (volume 1) about cuisine, travel and culture.
Loving travel and passionate about traditional cuisine, artist Le Rin's illustrations are always rich in flavor, bearing the cultural imprint of each place he has visited.
The creative turning point in Le Rin's career came from a plan after quitting his job. While temporarily putting aside his office work, Le Rin decided to take a motorbike trip from Saigon to Ly Son Island. It was this special journey that inspired his first project "Vietnam's Delicious Regions" - a culinary map of three regions with bright watercolor strokes.
Since then, each of Le Rin's works is not only a painting but also a story about people, nature, and culture, meticulously researched and recreated with the sophistication of someone who loves his homeland with all his heart.
