At the meeting, Comrade Tran Quoc Cuong introduced to Mr. Olivier Brochet the potential and strengths of Dien Bien province in various fields, especially agriculture, culture, and historical tourism. He also informed about the cooperation between Dien Bien and the French Embassy in Vietnam in the fields of culture and tourism in recent times.
With the desire and effort to promote the friendship and cooperation between Dien Bien province and French agencies and organizations, Dien Bien province requests the Ambassador to continue to introduce Dien Bien province to suitable localities and partners of France to mobilize and support funding for Dien Bien province with more programs and projects; support connecting French enterprises and investors to survey, research and implement investment projects, cooperation in the fields of culture and tourism in Dien Bien province; introduce consulting partners to support Dien Bien province with solutions to improve the quality of urban lighting system planning; support the exchange of experiences in preserving and displaying outdoor museum artifacts for artifacts that are weapons and large-scale military vehicles.
Expressing his respect and gratitude for the sentiments and the solemn and thoughtful reception of the Provincial Party Secretary and the leaders of Dien Bien province, Mr. Olivier Brochet affirmed: With the desire to promote cooperation and friendship activities in all fields between the French Republic and Vietnam in general, Dien Bien province in particular, with the existing traditional cooperative relationship between Dien Bien province and the partners of the French Republic, the Ambassador will continue to foster, support and believe in the prospects for future development cooperation.
