In order for the contest to achieve good results, the Department of Education and Training has issued a plan to organize the contest and deploy it to the Departments of Education and Training and the Provincial Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education. The units have organized the contest from school to district level and selected qualified teachers to participate in the provincial contest. The Department of Education and Training of Bac Kan city, Song Cau Primary School, Phung Chi Kien Primary School, Nguyen Thi Minh Khai Primary School and the Provincial Center for Supporting the Development of Inclusive Education have carefully prepared the conditions for the contest to take place safely and seriously.

Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training Dao Thi Mai Sen assessed that the contest took place as planned, safely, seriously, and in accordance with regulations. The Organizing Committee directed and operated the work of the contest in accordance with regulations, ensuring seriousness, objectivity, and science. The Jury evaluated and classified the results accurately, fairly, and objectively, the Secretariat worked seriously, synthesized quickly, and accurately. The participating delegations followed the regulations of the contest and the Organizing Committee, created favorable conditions for the participating teachers, and prepared for the lessons with the highest effort. The participating teachers showed great effort and responsibility, had the spirit of learning from colleagues, and united to help each other.

Evaluating the contents of the Contest, regarding the presentation of measures to improve the quality of teaching, most of the measures to improve the quality of teaching of individuals at educational institutions were presented by the contestants clearly and coherently, with clear and standard images, with evidence of the progress of students when applying the measures; recognized by the school and colleagues.

The content of the basic measures meets the requirements for innovation and improvement of the quality of education at the current primary level; many measures demonstrate good practices, flexibly applying many solutions suitable for each subject to achieve the goal; many measures clearly demonstrate the initiative and positivity of teachers in innovating methods and forms of organizing teaching and learning activities according to the orientation of developing qualities and capacities of the 2018 General Education Program, bringing high efficiency in education work.

Typical measures include: "Developing general competencies through practicing STEM learning skills in Math for students in class 3A1, Duc Xuan Primary School, Bac Kan city" by teacher Ha Thi Thu Huong; "Practicing storytelling skills in Vietnamese for students in class 1B, Nhu Co Primary School" by teacher Ha Thi Thanh Mai; "Applying mind maps to improve the quality of writing paragraphs for students in class 3B, Duong Quang Primary and Secondary School, Bac Kan city" by teacher Luu Thi Hanh; "Teaching to differentiate students in physical education for grade 3 at Phung Chi Kien Primary School, Bac Kan city" by teacher Nguyen Anh Ngoc, etc.

Most teachers prepared carefully, thoroughly, and confidently when presenting; applied appropriate information technology and AI technology, ensuring requirements; answered the examiner's questions basically on point, clarifying the presented issues.

Regarding the practical exam of a period of organizing educational activities, most teachers correctly identified the lesson objectives, the required capacity and qualities; established objectives for students with disabilities; built a basic series of activities suitable for the objectives, content, and teaching methods. Used appropriate basic teaching equipment with educational and pedagogical effects; skillfully applied information technology and initially applied AI technology in teaching. Candidates prepared teaching aids and tools carefully.

Most students in all classes are active and proactive in performing tasks; confidently present their products after pair and group activities; have basic learning habits and are able to apply knowledge in practice.

The Organizing Committee awarded certificates to teachers who achieved the title of excellent primary school teachers at the provincial level.

As a result, the number of teachers achieving the title of excellent primary school teachers at the provincial level in the 2024-2025 school year is 99/99 teachers, reaching 100%.

The above achievements are the result of the emulation movement "Good Teaching - Good Learning", "Innovation and creativity in management, teaching and learning", the result of training, fostering, professional development of primary school teachers, especially the training, fostering and implementation of the 2018 General Education Program.

The Deputy Director of the Department of Education and Training requested that the excellent teachers at the provincial level who return to school this time continue to strive to improve their skills, constantly improve and develop their expertise and skills; help and support their colleagues, actively promote the emulation movement "Innovation and creativity in teaching and learning", act as the core in building a team of management staff and key teachers at the primary level of the unit, worthy of the title of excellent teachers at the provincial level.

The Department of Education and Training of districts, cities and schools continue to effectively implement the 2018 General Education Program; promote innovation in teaching methods, innovation in testing and assessment towards developing students' qualities and abilities in implementing the Program. Strengthen the application of information technology and digital transformation in organizing teaching and learning activities. Continue to organize professional training to continuously improve the knowledge and professional skills of each teacher to meet the requirements of current educational innovation.
