According to the leader of Binh Duong Department of Education and Training, the number of candidates registering for the 2024 high school graduation exam is 15,275 candidates, an increase of over 1,000 candidates compared to 2023.

To ensure absolute safety for the 2024 high school graduation exam, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province has directed the Department of Education and Training to coordinate with the Binh Duong Provincial Police, Department of Health, Department of Information and Communications, Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union, Binh Duong Electricity, People's Committees of affiliated communes and districts... to participate and coordinate in serving the exam and candidates, ensuring absolute safety.
Volunteers guide candidates to the exam room layout
Ms. Tran Thi Diem Trinh, Secretary of Binh Duong Provincial Youth Union, said that she has mobilized thousands of young teachers, lecturers, union members, members of the Vietnam Student Association... to participate in 19 volunteer teams "Supporting the exam season" to support candidates before, during and after the 2024 high school graduation exam.
The invigilator checks the candidate's information and disseminates the exam regulations.
"During the peak week of the 2024 high school graduation exam, the teams will focus on performing tasks such as: Coordinating with functional forces to regulate traffic at exam sites and traffic safety checkpoints; assisting candidates in finding exam rooms and completing exam procedures; distributing drinking water, giving gifts, cheering and encouraging candidates; assisting candidates with special circumstances in traveling to exam sites...", said Ms. Tran Thi Diem Trinh.
Printing and shipping exam papers
According to the directive document of Binh Duong Provincial People's Committee, the printing and copying of exam papers must comply with the exam regulations (organizing 3 independent rounds), each round must have enough members according to regulations.
The members in round 1 are responsible for printing out complete and accurate copies of the exam papers according to the number of candidates in the exam room at each exam location. After printing, the exam papers are packaged, labeled, sealed, and then placed in a container that is locked and sealed.

After the exam papers are carefully packaged and sealed, they will be handed over to the exam printing department for safekeeping before being handed over to the transportation and delivery department to 28 official exam locations. The exam paper handover teams will include the Inspectorate of the Department of Education and Training, the Secretariat of the Examination Council, and officers from the Internal Political Security Department (PA03) of Binh Duong Provincial Police for protection.

Regarding the exam papers, the People's Committee of Binh Duong province directed that after the exam is completed, the candidates' exam papers will be packaged, sealed, put into a carefully locked container, sealed again, and transported to the exam marking locations to be handed over to the exam marking committee, under strict protection of the police force.
