At the conference, delegates listened to the Standing Committee Member of the Provincial Party Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission - Hoang Dinh Can thoroughly grasp the implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, dated December 22, 2024 of the Politburo on "Breakthrough in science and technology development, innovation and national digital transformation"; Instruction No. 186-HD/BTGTW, dated January 10, 2025 of the Central Propaganda Commission on thoroughly grasping and propagating Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

At the same time, thoroughly grasp Conclusion No. 115-KL/TW, dated January 16, 2025 of the Politburo and the program of the Provincial Party Standing Committee to implement Conclusion No. 115-KL/TW to continue implementing Resolution No. 39-NQ/TW, dated January 15, 2019 of the 12th Politburo on "Improving the efficiency of management, exploitation, use and promotion of economic resources".

Speaking at the conference, Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee - Nguyen Van Quyet affirmed: Developing science and technology, innovation, digital transformation associated with strongly promoting economic resources are decisive factors for the development of countries. This is a new productive force, a prerequisite, the best opportunity for our country to develop richly and powerfully in the new era - the era of national development.

He suggested that Party committees, Party organizations, leaders and Party members focus on doing a good job of disseminating, thoroughly understanding and propagating widely and deeply throughout the Party, people and army about the contents of the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Central Committee and the Program of the Provincial Party Committee.

At the same time, proactively specify and develop programs and action plans for implementation; determine content, roadmap, assignment, decentralization, tasks and specific, effective and feasible solutions to lead and direct implementation in accordance with the situation and conditions in each locality, agency and unit.

Party committees and organizations at all levels need to clearly define the responsibilities of collectives and individuals, especially leaders. Mobilize the active participation of the entire political system from the province to the grassroots, of cadres, civil servants, businesses and people, with a spirit of urgency, solidarity and unity to successfully implement the set goals and tasks.

Regarding the contents related to Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW, the Provincial Party Committee is assigned to lead the Provincial People's Committee to urgently study and advise on adjusting the operating model of the Provincial Steering Committee to match the model of the Central Steering Committee. After being reorganized, the Provincial Steering Committee needs to promptly develop a plan and work program; immediately promote the role of advising, proposing, and assisting the Provincial Party Committee Standing Committee to lead and direct the timely and effective implementation of Resolution No. 57-NQ/TW.

The Provincial Party Committee and the Provincial Party Committees must be pioneers and exemplary leaders in digital transformation, application of science, technology and innovation. Heads of the provincial Party, government and mass organizations must be exemplary in using electronic devices, software and applications in directing, operating and solving work.

In addition, the Vietnam Fatherland Front and socio-political organizations strengthen supervision, criticism and mobilize union members, association members and people to actively implement.

The heads of Party committees, localities and units are responsible for the leadership results and concretization of implementation in the localities and units under their charge in order to successfully complete the contents according to the Resolutions and Conclusions of the Politburo and the Program set forth by the Standing Committee of the Provincial Party Committee, contributing to the province's rapid and sustainable development./.
