Bac Kan is a mountainous province located in the center of the Northern provinces, with a natural land area of about 485,996 hectares; with fertile land, Bac Kan has the advantage of developing concentrated production of agricultural and forestry products on a large scale, gradually participating in the modern domestic distribution market and aiming for export such as ginger, apricot, wooden chopsticks... especially products with the potential to be Halal certified to target the Saudi Arabian market.
On the other hand, Bac Kan is blessed with natural landscapes, especially the largest forest coverage rate in the country, so the fresh climate is very suitable for developing the high-end resort real estate market, golf courses, and nursing homes to ensure social security.
With a promising mineral potential, with resources estimated at over 15 million tons, Bac Kan province can cooperate with Saudi Arabian enterprises in the processing and manufacturing industry to develop products such as batteries, solar panels, circuits for electronic devices, etc.
