YouTuber Sam Kohl teamed up with graphic designer @ConceptCentral to depict what the Apple Watch Series 10 could look like based on leaked sources. According to the leaks, it looks like the new Apple Watch models will be 10-15% thinner than current models.
Recently, according to information shared by analyst Ming-Chi Kuo, the Apple Watch Series 10 launched later this year will have a thinner body and larger screen size than previous models.
Specifically: Kuo said the size options on the next generation Apple Watch will increase from 41mm to 45mm and from 45mm to 49mm, and will be designed to be thinner.
It is known that Apple also plans to use 3D technology to produce Apple Watch components later this year and BLT will be the supplier of 3D printed components.
Previously, according to a report from The Elec (Korea), the Apple Watch Series 10 will use an upgraded OLED screen with low-temperature polycrystalline oxide (LTPO) thin-film transistor (TFT) technology.
LTPO OLED display technology is known to use oxides to reduce leakage current, and this new method shows a wider application of oxides in displays. According to the manufacturers, this addition provides improved pixel light control, reducing power consumption without changing the visual experience compared to the Apple Watch Series 9.
In addition, the device also has health features such as detecting sleep disorders and high blood pressure.
According to information revealed by journalist Mark Gurman, Apple may abandon the traditional naming method and call the new device Apple Watch X to celebrate the 10th anniversary of the first Apple Watch.
Apple Watch X is expected to be released at the same time as iPhone 16 with many expected improvements.
