Taking place on May 20, the Southern Four-team football tournament for the Hoa Canh Cup 2023 will feature four teams: An Bien FC, AumyLamy Prado FC, Bamboo FC and Hoa Canh FC. The teams will compete in a round robin to select the champion team with the highest score.
Although the start was quite difficult when they only got 1 point in a 0-0 draw with Bamboo FC. However, An Bien FC later affirmed their strength when they defeated AumyLamy Prado FC with a score of 5-3. At the same time, Hoa Canh FC also had 2 wins with 6 points before the final match. Former Hoang Anh Gia Lai star Le Hoang Thien scored a hat-trick in the first half to help An Bien FC gain a 3-0 advantage before the end of the match.
