(NLDO) - The Hue City Party Committee has allowed 17 officials to retire early, including the former director of the Department of Planning and Investment and two Deputy Secretaries of the Phu Loc District Party Committee.
On March 5, the Hue City People's Committee announced that it had received a notice from the Hue City Party Committee regarding the early retirement of officials under the management of the Hue City Party Committee according to Decree 177/2024/ND-CP and Decree 178/2024/ND-CP of the Government.
Specifically, 17 people were allowed to retire from March 1 according to their wishes. Among them, Mr. Nguyen Dai Vui, member of the City Party Committee, former Director of the Department of Planning and Investment (KH-DT); Mr. Tran Luu Quoc Doan, Chairman of the Hue City Cooperative Union, were allowed to retire according to Decree 177/2024/ND-CP of the Government stipulating the regime and policies for cases of non-re-election, re-appointment and cadres who quit their jobs and retire according to their wishes.

Mr. Nguyen Dai Vui was born on March 10, 1965, and has held the position of Director of the Department of Planning and Investment of Hue City since 2018. On February 26, the People's Council of Hue City decided to merge the Department of Planning and Investment with the Department of Finance, becoming the Department of Finance and appointing Mr. La Phuc Thanh as the director of the department.
The remaining 15 cadres under the management of the Hue City Party Committee were retired this time according to Decree 178, of which the oldest was Mr. Vo Van Phuc (born April 10, 1964), former Head of the Party Organization Committee of Hue City's Agencies and Enterprises; the youngest was Ms. Nguyen Thi Binh (born July 28, 1975), Deputy Head of the Propaganda Department of Phu Loc District Party Committee.
Phu Loc District Party Committee is the agency with the largest number of officials retiring early on this occasion with 7 people.
Specifically, in addition to Ms. Binh, there are also Mr. Tran Duc Thanh ( born October 27, 1965), Standing Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee); Mr. Tran Quoc Phung, Deputy Secretary of the District Party Committee. Mr. Phung ( born December 17, 1965), former Deputy Secretary, Chairman of the People's Committee of Nam Dong district, since January 1, when Nam Dong district merged into Phu Loc district, Mr. Phung held the position of Deputy Secretary of this district.
At the Party Committee of the Hue City Agencies and Enterprises Bloc, in addition to Mr. Phuc, there are 3 other people who were allowed to retire early by the Hue City Party Committee, including Mr. Nguyen Huu Tien ( born July 1, 1968), former Standing Deputy Secretary; Mr. Cao Ngoc Dung ( born August 12, 1964), former Deputy Secretary; Mr. Hoang The Dieu ( born July 10, 1964), former Chairman of the Inspection Committee.
