The task of restoring the flow of Russian tourists with high spending capacity, as well as organizing group tours in new conditions, has been expected by the Tourism Department in the Vietnam Tourism Introduction Program.

Safe destination, beautiful natural scenery, unique cultural values, culinary paradise, friendly and hospitable people, world-class resorts, the most beautiful bay in the world, unique cultural festivals, affordable prices, interesting local markets, mysterious destinations for those who love to explore.
Those are 10 reasons why Russian tourists should definitely visit Vietnam once in their lifetime, given by a representative of the National Tourism Administration at the Vietnam Tourism Introduction Program in the Russian Federation on July 3. The event was held within the framework of the Vietnam Cultural Days in the Russian Federation from July 1-7.
Most of the 10 reasons above were agreed upon and acknowledged by the leaders of tourism businesses present at the event. Most businesses emphasized one important thing to restore and quickly develop bilateral tourist flows, which is to resume convenient direct flights as before.
The event, organized by the Department of Tourism in coordination with the Vietnam Trade Representative Office in the Russian Federation, attracted the participation of nearly 130 Russian and Vietnamese enterprises operating in Russia, of which 80% were tourism organizations and 10% were representatives of managers.
In his opening speech, Deputy Director of the National Tourism Administration Nguyen Le Phuc warmly welcomed all representatives of state management agencies, travel agencies, and hotels of the Russian Federation, emphasizing that the event has great significance, marking an important milestone in promoting cooperation in tourism development, contributing to consolidating the traditional friendly and cooperative relationship between the governments and peoples of Vietnam and the Russian Federation.
The Russian Federation has always been one of the leading source markets for tourists to Vietnam and more and more Russian tourists choose Vietnam as a destination, with the desire to explore a country with a long history, unique traditional culture, and strong identity.
Sharing with VNA reporters in the Russian Federation, Mr. Nguyen Le Phuc said that for many reasons, including objective reasons such as the epidemic and the international context, the number of Russian tourists to Vietnam has decreased.

Deputy Director of the Moscow City Department of International Relations and Foreign Economic Relations, Vyacheslav Manuilov, highly appreciated the event as well as all Vietnamese cultural and tourism activities that have become an annual tradition in Moscow.
He said that the interest of the people of the Russian capital in Vietnamese cinema, language and, of course, famous cuisine, is increasingly expanding.
Vietnam events have become an impressive and memorable part of the life of the capital Moscow, playing an important role in implementing economic and cultural cooperation between the two sides, contributing to promoting mutual understanding between the people of the two countries.
At the program, the image of Vietnam was analyzed in depth and comprehensively before a large number of tourism managers with many years of experience in the international tourism market.
The largest airline in the Russian Federation, Aerflot, also expressed its appreciation for the event as well as the Vietnamese tourism market, bringing to the forum an elaborate introduction of the incentives, advantages, and new high-class services that the airline is implementing on international routes.
Following the fields of cinema, art and cuisine, tourism is a common concern of Russian and Vietnamese partners. The foundation is already available, the mutual attraction is indisputable, tourism cooperation needs some more technical measures as well as determination at all levels to overcome the "moderate" state after the pandemic, returning to the spearhead of growth in Russia-Vietnam cooperation.
