On the afternoon of June 11, the office of the Muong Lat District Party Committee (Thanh Hoa) said that the chairman of the district People's Committee had just reported to the chairman of the provincial People's Committee and the standing committee of the district Party Committee on the results of the inspection and verification of the content of Tuoi Tre Online 's reflection on May 23, related to enrollment in the Muong Lat Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities.

Regarding the content reported by Tuoi Tre Online , Mr. Pham Van Kien - principal of Tam Chung Ethnic Boarding Secondary School, Muong Lat district - is currently living with his wife and children at his private house in zone 3, Muong Lat town.

In February 2020, Mr. Kien made a household registration book in Lat village, Tam Chung commune, in an area of ​​special socio-economic difficulties, so that in May 2021, he could prepare a profile for his son, P.D.A., to be admitted to grade 6 at Muong Lat Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities.

Verification results of Muong Lat District People's Committee show that since April 16, 2014, Mr. Kien's family has a registered residence in Zone 3, Muong Lat town, including: Mr. Kien, his wife, Ms. Tao Thi Xuan, and children, including P.D.A.

On February 14, 2020, Mr. Kien moved his and his three children's registration to Lat village, Tam Chung commune, but the household registration book did not specifically state the home address.

From February 14, 2020 to present, Mr. Kien and his children have settled with their family in Zone 3, Muong Lat town. P.D.A. studied at Muong Lat town Primary and Secondary School, and was admitted to grade 6 at Muong Lat Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities according to the quota of Tam Chung Primary School and based on the household registration in Tam Chung commune. Thus, the content reflected by Tuoi Tre Online is correct.

Regarding the content of the reflection, Mr. Lo Van Tuan - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Information of Muong Lat district - has a son named LMQ who was admitted to grade 6 of Muong Lat Secondary School for Ethnic Minorities, school year 2020 - 2021, which is not in accordance with regulations.

According to the verification results of the People's Committee of Muong Lat district, Mr. Lo Van Tuan has a child named LMQ, born in 2008, with permanent residence in Zone 2, Muong Lat town. Through checking on the national population data system, LMQ belongs to the household of Mr. Lo Van Tuan as the head of the household, the relationship with the head of the household is father - son.

However, in the household records of Mr. Lo Van Muon in Pung village, Quang Chieu commune, Muong Lat district, there is a photocopy of the household registration book issued on April 7, 2014, showing that LMQ had previously registered permanent residence in Mr. Muon's household, and the relationship between the head of the household and the grandchild. The content of Tuoi Tre Online 's reflection is well-founded.

LBM has a household registration in Tam Chung commune but is settled in zone 1, Muong Lat town; P.D.A. has a household registration in Lat village, Tam Chung commune but is settled in zone 3, Muong Lat town.

NQBA has a registered residence in Na Tao village, Pu Nhi commune but is settled in zone 3, Muong Lat town; LMH has a registered residence in Pung village, Quang Chieu commune but is settled in Muong Lat town; TGB has a registered residence in Na Tao village, Pu Nhi commune but is settled in zone 3, Muong Lat town.

In addition, the verification report of Muong Lat District People's Committee shows that from the 2020-2021 school year to the 2023-2024 school year, many students who are children of officials, civil servants, and teachers were admitted to Muong Lat Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities not in accordance with the regulations in Circular No. 01/2016, Circular No. 04/2023 of the Minister of Education and Training and the guiding documents of the Department of Education and Training of Thanh Hoa including:

LMQ, son of Mr. Lo Van Tuan - Deputy Head of the Department of Culture and Information of Muong Lat district, permanent residence and settlement in Zone 2, Muong Lat town; studied and graduated from Muong Lat town Primary and Secondary School, recruited according to the quota of Quang Chieu 2 Primary School for the 2020 - 2021 school year.

H.D.D., son of Mr. Ha Van Te - Head of the Department of Natural Resources and Environment of Muong Lat district; permanent residence in Pung village, Quang Chieu commune; studied and graduated from Muong Lat town Primary and Secondary School, recruited according to the quota of Quang Chieu Primary School 2, school year 2020 - 2021.

P.D.A., son of Mr. Pham Van Kien - principal of Tam Chung Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities; permanent residence in Lat village, Tam Chung commune, settled in zone 3, Muong Lat town; studied and graduated from Muong Lat town Primary and Secondary School, admitted according to the quota of Tam Chung Primary School for the 2021 - 2022 school year.

LMH, son of Mr. Lo Van Toan, permanent resident of Pung village, Quang Chieu commune; studied and graduated from Muong Lat town Primary and Secondary School, admitted according to the quota of Quang Chieu 2 Primary School for the 2022-2023 school year.

At the time LMH was admitted to Muong Lat Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities, Mr. Lo Van Tuan - brother of Mr. Lo Van Toan (H.'s father) was the head of the Department of Education and Training of Muong Lat district.

TGB, son of Mr. Tong Minh Tan (Mr. Tan is the younger brother of Mr. Tong Minh Toi, Deputy Head of the Department of Education and Training of Muong Lat district - PV), teacher at Pu Nhi Primary School; permanent residence in Na Tao village, Pu Nhi commune, settled in zone 3, Muong Lat town; studied and graduated from Muong Lat town Primary and Secondary School, recruited according to the quota of Pu Nhi Primary School for the 2022 - 2023 school year.

Will strictly handle groups and individuals related to enrollment

From the above verification results, the Chairman of the District People's Committee requested Muong Lat Secondary Boarding School for Ethnic Minorities to organize a review and draw lessons for the board of directors and related individuals in directing and operating the school, leading to the shortcomings and limitations that Tuoi Tre Online newspaper has reported.
