Tra Vinh University has 4 more programs achieving FIBAA international education quality

Over the years, the leaders of Tra Vinh University have made persistent efforts to continuously improve the quality of training, aiming towards global educational standards.

According to the leaders of Tra Vinh University (TVU), the above results are the result of the school's persistent efforts in improving training quality, aiming towards global educational standards.

Four training programs recognized by FIBAA in March 2025 are: Bachelor of Sports Management, Bachelor of Office Management, Master of Health Management, Master of Education Management.

Assoc. Prof. Dr. Nguyen Minh Hoa, President of TVU, said: “International accreditation is not just a title but a strong commitment of the University in ensuring training quality and integrating into global education. Increasing the number of accredited programs helps TVU students have more opportunities in the international labor market, while creating strong confidence for learners, businesses and society."

According to TVU leaders, this is an encouraging result for the continuous efforts of the staff, lecturers, students and employees; the support of central and local agencies and departments, domestic and international partners in cooperation, expanding investment, innovation, improving training quality, teaching and learning activities, scientific research, as well as pursuing the values of community service and social responsibility of the University.
Students studying majors accredited by AUN-QA, FIBAA, ABET at TVU have many advantages when finding jobs, integrating into the international labor market and developing themselves well.

Including: 11 programs accredited by European FIBAA (Business Administration, Economics, Law, Accounting, Banking and Finance, Sports Management, Office Management, Master of Business Administration, Master of Economic Management, Master of Health Management, Master of Education Management); 11 programs accredited by Southeast Asia's AUN - QA standards (Agriculture, Aquaculture, Veterinary Medicine, Nursing, Medical Laboratory Technology, Pharmacy, Khmer Language, Food Technology, Master of Culture, Preschool Education, English Language) and 1 program accredited by the US ABET standards (Information Technology).

Up to now, Tra Vinh University has 23 majors certified by international accreditation.

In addition, the University has 4 majors that have been accredited by ABET and AUN and are waiting for certification: Primary Education (AUN - QA), Construction Engineering Technology (ABET), Mechanical Engineering Technology (ABET), Electrical and Electronic Engineering Technology (ABET); Dentistry major has received quality accreditation certification according to the standards of the Ministry of Education and Training (MOET).

Pursuing international accreditation is an important strategy that the School has persistently implemented over the years. Accreditation standards such as AUN-QA, FIBAA, ABET require the School to continuously improve from program content, teaching staff, facilities to student output.

This process helps TVU continuously improve the quality of teaching, ensuring that graduates have the capacity to meet the increasing demands of the domestic and foreign labor markets.

In the coming time, TVU will continue to expand its study programs according to the practical needs of society and strongly apply digital technology to education.

In 2024, Tra Vinh University continued to rise in the WURI Ranking, specifically ranked 42nd in the Top 100 schools with influence and positive contributions to society.
In particular, in the ranking of 13 component index groups, the school is ranked first in the index group on culture and promoting innovation and creativity - B5 (WURI Culture/Value), Top 10 in artificial intelligence application - A7 (Generative AI Application), Top 15 in investment mobilization in the education sector - B2 (Funding).
In addition, for many consecutive years, Tra Vinh University has been ranked in the Top 200 universities with green educational environments and sustainable development investment, according to UI GreenMetric Ranking. For the fifth consecutive year, Tra Vinh University continues to rise in the top 100 universities with real impact, World Universities with Real Impact (WURI), announced by the World Alliance of Universities.
