Vietnam Airlines has just officially received a new Airbus A320neo aircraft with registration number VN-A514.
The new Airbus A320neo is equipped with a new generation of engines, bringing outstanding improvements in efficiency and environmental protection. Accordingly, this aircraft line helps save more than 16% of fuel consumption, reduce noise by up to 75% and cut about 50% of toxic emissions compared to previous engine lines. The addition of new aircraft has brought the airline's total aircraft fleet to 103 this year, including 31 wide-body aircraft such as the Boeing 787-9, Boeing 787-10 and Airbus A350. The addition of aircraft at the end of the year not only helps Vietnam Airlines meet the travel needs of the people in a timely manner, but also affirms its commitment to improving service quality, bringing a comfortable and modern experience to passengers. Previously, Vietnam Airlines opened early sales of 2.15 million seats, equivalent to more than 11,000 flights across the domestic flight network to serve the needs of passengers to buy tickets for Tet.
