Why haven't Vinamilk's major shareholders been able to buy shares?

(NLDO) - Vinamilk's major shareholder, F&N Dairy Investments Pte. Ltd. (Singapore), has not completed the purchase of an additional 20.89 million VNM shares as registered.

* VNM: Vietnam Dairy Products Joint Stock Company (Vinamilk - VNM) announced that due to unsuitable market conditions, F&N Dairy Investments Pte. Ltd. (Singapore) did not complete the purchase of an additional 20.89 million VNM shares as registered. The percentage of shares held by this organization is still 17.69%.

* ABS : Binh Thuan Agricultural Services Joint Stock Company (ABS) announced that Ms. Bui Thi Ha Lam, General Director and legal representative of the company, submitted her resignation on December 10.

* CII: Ho Chi Minh City Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company (CII) has just announced information about guaranteeing and co-paying debt for Nam Bay Bay Investment Joint Stock Company with a maximum total guarantee amount of 300 billion VND excluding interest, fees and other amounts.

* TTA: Truong Thanh Construction and Development Investment Joint Stock Company (TTA) has announced its capital contribution to Truong Thanh Energy Development Joint Stock Company with the amount of VND 5 billion, equivalent to 500,000 shares, accounting for 10% of the total number of voting shares. Ms. Tran Huyen Trang is the representative of this capital contribution.
