The participation of women in competitions and performances serving major holidays and anniversaries of the army and localities has contributed to promoting military and defense tasks and honoring the beautiful image of Uncle Ho's soldiers in the new era.

Thereby, contributing to the good implementation of the movement "The Army joins hands to build new countryside, civilized urban areas", "The Army joins hands for the poor, leaving no one behind"; "Army officers and soldiers compete to practice office culture, worthy of Uncle Ho's Soldiers"...

With the characteristics of a local military agency, the activities of the members are scattered and small in many different fields and positions from the agency to the units. Although the proportion is small compared to the unit, many members have difficult family circumstances, but through the effective implementation of emulation movements, the female cadres and members of the Provincial Military Command are always united, attached, and strive to compete creatively in all aspects.
