Chairman Nguyen Dac Vinh acknowledged and congratulated the achievements and contributions of Vietnamese youth under the leadership of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union, who are truly the pioneering force, playing a core role in the struggle for independence and national unification in the past, and the current renovation and socio-economic development.

Citing the article "Future for the rising generation" by General Secretary To Lam, Chairman Nguyen Dac Vinh emphasized three requirements for Vietnamese union members and youth in the new development period of the country. These are to have intelligence; be physically healthy and have a strong will; and preserve and promote the national cultural identity. This is not only the responsibility of each union member and youth but also of the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union.

In that context, Chairman Nguyen Dac Vinh hopes that the Ho Chi Minh Communist Youth Union will continue to promote its glorious role and mission, leading the young generation of Vietnam to success in the new era.
