Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia received a delegation from the People's Daily of China.

On the afternoon of March 25, in Hanoi, Politburo member, Secretary of the Party Central Committee, Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia received a delegation of the People's Daily of China, led by alternate member of the Communist Party of China Central Committee, Editor-in-Chief of the People's Daily Tran Kien Van, for a courtesy visit.

At the reception, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia expressed his delight at the positive development trend of the Vietnam-China comprehensive strategic cooperative partnership in recent times; emphasizing that Vietnam always considers developing relations with China a top priority and a strategic choice in its foreign policy.

Emphasizing that Vietnam and China share many similarities in history and culture, are two socialist countries led by the Communist Party, and share the goal of bringing a prosperous and happy life to the people..., Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia expressed his hope that in the coming time, the two countries will continue to promote the practical implementation of agreements and common perceptions of the high-ranking leaders of the two Parties and two countries, thereby deepening and elevating the Comprehensive Strategic Cooperative Partnership and building the Vietnam-China Community of Shared Future of strategic significance.

Appreciating the contributions of the press agencies of the two countries, including Nhan Dan Newspaper and Nhan Dan Daily, in enhancing understanding between the people of the two countries, Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia suggested that the two press agencies continue to promote the achieved results, continue to play a pioneering role in efforts to propagate the achievements and prospects in the good friendship and cooperation between Vietnam and China.

2025 marks the 75th anniversary of the establishment of Vietnam-China diplomatic relations, and is also the Year of Vietnam-China Humanitarian Exchange. Head of the Central Propaganda and Education Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia suggested that the Central Propaganda and Education Commission of Vietnam and the Central Propaganda Commission of the Communist Party of China, together with press agencies of the two countries, increase delegation exchanges, share experiences, theories and practices on Party building, the struggle to protect the Party's ideological foundation, etc., thereby contributing to consolidating political trust and promoting bilateral cooperation between Vietnam and China to become increasingly in-depth, substantive and comprehensive.

Informing the Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia about the activities within the framework of the visit and work in Vietnam of the delegation of the People's Daily, Editor-in-Chief Tran Kien Van said that the visit had brought the delegation valuable experiences. The propaganda methods and creative press products of the People's Daily had given the delegation many ideas on innovating the way of making Party newspapers.

Sharing the opinions of Head of the Central Propaganda and Mass Mobilization Commission Nguyen Trong Nghia on cooperation between the two countries in the fields of propaganda and journalism, Mr. Tran Kien Van expressed his hope that in the coming time, the press agencies of the two countries will continue to cooperate more and more effectively, contributing effectively to promoting the increasingly positive development of Vietnam - China relations.
