Quang Nam Provincial People's Committee requested the Department of Planning and Investment to urgently complete the plan to implement the Provincial Planning.

The Provincial People's Committee assigned the Department of Planning and Investment to preside over and coordinate with the Provincial Planning Consulting Joint Venture and relevant departments, branches, sectors and units to promptly absorb all comments from the members of the Provincial Party Standing Committee at the meeting on May 23 to complete the Provincial Planning Implementation Plan.

In particular, urgently seek opinions from sectors and localities to supplement the investment portfolio to ensure comprehensiveness in sectors and fields: education and training, health, culture, sports, tourism, national defense, security...

The Provincial People's Committee also noted that the Department of Planning and Investment should arrange the lists (projects, programs, plans, etc.) in order of priority from general to detailed; the plan to implement the planning must inherit the planning and plans that are still in effect; publicize the list of integrated expired planning; review, establish, and adjust urban and rural planning, technical and specialized planning; clearly define the progress and investment resources.

The identification and implementation of investment projects in the area (projects not yet identified in the development plans of sectors, fields, plans for the development of functional areas, technical and social infrastructure and the list of projects expected to be prioritized for implementation according to the Provincial Planning) are carried out in accordance with the development orientation of the Provincial Planning and in accordance with other relevant planning and implementation plans.

Based on the approved Provincial Planning and other relevant planning to determine the name, location, scale, area, total investment and investment capital of the list of projects in the plan and other projects according to the development orientation (if any) to ensure suitability with the needs, balancing capacity, solutions to mobilize investment resources of each stage, local practices and current regulations.
