Over the past 10 years of implementing Decree No. 06 of the Government, the Public Security forces at all levels have proactively advised Party committees and authorities to build and consolidate the political system at the grassroots level; build, maintain and effectively promote self-management models of security and order, and typical advanced individuals in the Movement for the whole people to protect national security.
The police force coordinated to organize propaganda and dissemination of the law to nearly 3.6 million people, mobilized over 650,000 households, people and students to sign a commitment not to violate the law. The police force of the whole province guided the construction and maintenance of 238 models of self-management, self-defense, self-protection of security and order at the grassroots level... contributing to maintaining political security and social order and safety in the locality.
At the conference, delegates discussed and clarified lessons learned, existing limitations and proposed solutions to improve the work of mobilizing and promoting the role of the masses in protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety in the coming time. Accordingly, the Public Security force continues to proactively advise Party committees, authorities, agencies and organizations to effectively implement documents of the Party, State and Ministry of Public Security on the work of mobilizing the masses to protect national security and maintain social order and safety.
The provincial police will strengthen coordination with agencies, departments, branches, the Vietnam Fatherland Front Committee and member organizations to mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system in advocacy work, promoting the role of the masses in protecting national security and maintaining social order and safety.

Speaking at the conference, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee Hoang Viet Phuong acknowledged and commended the results of the Tuyen Quang Police force in implementing Decree No. 06 of the Government. He suggested that the Tuyen Quang Police should continue to advise Party committees and authorities at all levels to direct and mobilize the combined strength of the entire political system and mobilize the entire population to participate in the work of protecting political security and maintaining social order and safety.
The police force needs to grasp the situation, advise and guide the implementation of good mediation work at the grassroots level, promptly and thoroughly resolve conflicts and complaints at the grassroots level, and not let them become "hot spots" for security and order. At the same time, coordinate to build residential areas, communes, wards, towns, agencies, enterprises and educational institutions that meet the standards of "Safety in security and order".

On this occasion, 3 collectives and 2 individuals were awarded Certificates of Merit by the Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee; the Director of the Provincial Police Department awarded Certificates of Merit to 10 collectives and 6 individuals for their outstanding achievements in 10 years of implementing Decree No. 06 of the Government in Tuyen Quang province.
