Vietnam Computerized Lottery Company (Vietlott) announced that today, February 11, it awarded the Jackpot prize of the Mega 6/45 lottery draw 01310 to Mr. NVN from Ho Chi Minh City, with a prize of more than 152 billion VND.
The award ceremony took place at the Vietnam Lottery Company, headquartered in Hanoi.
Through checking the lottery business data system and the attached personal records, Vietlott determined that Mr. NVN was the winner, with the winning amount of 152,678,407,000 VND.
Mr. NVN is a MobiFone subscriber who bought a ticket on Vietlott's phone distribution channel (Vietlott SMS support application) and registered his place of participation as Ho Chi Minh City.

He revealed that the lucky number that brought the Jackpot prize on the 5th day of Tet was the number that he had bought in previous draws but did not win.
Because he bought lottery tickets for fun and if he won, it would be for good luck. So when he found out he won, he told his wife without telling his children.
"Because my child is still young, in order to keep him developing in the best way possible, I did not let him know that I won the lottery," Mr. N. shared.
Regarding the plan to use the prize money, Mr. N. said that he and his wife plan to use part of the prize money to help relatives and participate in charity activities. The rest will focus on developing the family business. Mr. N. is currently living and doing business freely in Ho Chi Minh City.
In addition to the above prize, Mr. N. said that previously the largest prize he received was more than 6 million VND from the Max 3D+ lottery, also issued by Vietlott.
According to regulations, Mr. N. is obliged to pay personal income tax at the place of registration to participate in the prize, which is Ho Chi Minh City, with a total value of more than 15.2 billion VND (10% of the value exceeding 10 million VND) and is deducted immediately upon receiving the prize.
