On the occasion of the 69th anniversary of Vietnamese Doctors' Day (February 27, 1955 - February 27, 2024), musicians and singers have created new compositions honoring the team of doctors and nurses who are devoted to their patients.
The dedication of doctors is a source of inspiration for creativity.
Author Dinh Quoc Thi (from Ha Tinh) sent the song "Hang Trang Yeu Thuong" to doctors and nurses who are taking care of and treating patients day and night.
The inspiration for this song came from the author Dinh Quoc Thi's many visits to the hospital to take care of relatives, witnessing the doctors' dedication to the health of patients.
He said the first lines and lyrics of the song were written at a hospital in Hanoi. This is a new composition on the occasion of Vietnam Doctors' Day 2024.

Honoring Professor - Doctor Ton That Bach
Musician Nguyen Ba Hung composed the song "My Teacher " to commemorate and pay tribute to Professor Ton That Bach for his contributions to the medical and educational sectors of our country.
At the same time, the author of this song wishes to dedicate it to all doctors and nurses across the country.

The song My Teacher is performed by artist Hoang Tung, arranged and mixed by musician Duong Duc Thuy.
Nguyen Ba Hung said he wrote this song very quickly, in just over 30 minutes. This is the first song he wrote about the medical profession and about doctor Ton That Bach.
To write the song "My Teacher" , the musician imagined himself as a student from the countryside coming to the capital to study and receiving much spiritual and material support from teachers so that he could pursue his dream of becoming a doctor to save people.
"To me, a person is only truly gone when no one remembers them anymore. So I wrote "The teacher lives forever, knowledge remains forever, guiding future generations"... Teacher Bach is still alive and will live forever" - Nguyen Ba Hung shared.
Through this song, the author hopes that generations of Mr. Bach's students will forever remember the unforgettable memories of him. He also hopes that generations of students in other professions will also remember their teachers.
The song "Happiness of the Medical Profession" was composed by musician Nguyen Thanh Thuy. The song was inspired by the daily work of a doctor in the intensive care unit at Bach Mai Hospital.
This song was released on Vietnamese Doctors' Day 2016.

Lullaby on duty at night was composed by musician Quynh Hop from the poem Lullaby on duty at night by Colonel Ve Ha - Political Commissar of Military Hospital 17, Military Region 5 (Da Nang).
Through this song, the musician hopes that the audience will share and sympathize with the work of medical staff, especially female military medics.
On the evening of February 26, the Central Propaganda Department and the Ministry of Health in coordination with other units will organize a program to honor Vietnamese doctors at Ho Guom Theater (Hanoi).
The program features singers Tung Duong, Ho Quynh Huong, Pham Thu Ha, Ngoc Anh, Ho Trung Dung...
On this occasion, the organizers will also award prizes for the writing contest "Silent Sacrifice" about the white-shirt warriors.
