Commander of Military Region 4 visits and presents gifts in Thuong Xuan district

On the morning of January 15, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of Military Region 4, visited and presented gifts on the occasion of the Lunar New Year of At Ty to policy beneficiaries and disadvantaged households; inspected combat readiness and presented gifts to a number of military units in Thuong Xuan district. The delegation included Colonel Le Van Trung, Political Commissar of the Provincial Military Command, along with the Party Committee and authorities of Thuong Xuan district.

In Ngoc Phung commune, Lieutenant General Ha Tho Binh, Commander of Military Region 4 and leaders of the Provincial Military Command presented 85 Tet gifts to outstanding policy families and families in difficult circumstances in the commune (Military Region 4 Command presented 60 gifts).

Lieutenant General, Commander of Military Region 4 Ha Tho Binh visited, encouraged and wished the families of policy beneficiaries, disadvantaged households, poor households and all the people of Ngoc Phung commune, Thuong Xuan district a warm and happy new year; at the same time, he affirmed that although the gifts were not large, they were the sentiments of the individuals and the Military Region Command towards the families of policy beneficiaries, disadvantaged households and poor households, expressing the wish that everyone would have a warm and happy New Year, no one would be left behind. He requested the Party Committee and the government to continue to pay attention to and take care of the people's lives, especially the families of policy beneficiaries; prepare well the conditions to complete the military assignment task in 2025 which will be carried out right after the Lunar New Year.
