Restructuring portfolio, focusing on FBMC
On October 18, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, Chairwoman of the Board of Directors of Thanh Thanh Cong - Bien Hoa Joint Stock Company (TTC AgriS, HOSE: SBT), had a meeting and shared investment strategies with more than 70 partners from funds, securities companies, banks, and large domestic and international financial institutions.
Specifically, in the TTC AgriS Stakeholders Site Visit 2024 program in Tay Ninh on October 18, partners had a field trip to the banana farm, Thanh Thanh Cong Agricultural Research Institute and TTCS Factory to better understand agricultural activities and sustainable production technology. In addition to the experiential activities, the main highlight of the program focused on sharing strategies of the TTC AgriS Board of Directors.
Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My - Chairman of the Board of Directors of TTC AgriS - shared about the strategic orientation of exploiting the Agricultural Value Chain, participating deeply in the FBMC playground of TTC AgriS in the new period: " We have successfully completed the Circular Trade Value Chain and the integrated smart agricultural economic model, aiming for the target of 60,000 billion VND in 2030 and Net Zero in 2035.
In the near future, TTC AgriS will focus on expanding raw material areas, investing in additional factories producing food, beverages and confectionery to closely follow the orientation of participating in the global FBMC value chain, while promoting the restructuring of the investment portfolio to focus all efforts on the Company's core activities ."

Currently, TTC AgriS holds a portfolio of 2 listed companies, including 1 energy company, 1 restaurant and hotel service company, and 4 other unlisted companies including 1 resort real estate company, 1 logistics trading company and 2 industrial real estate companies.
Ms. Uc My said that TTC AgriS is accelerating the process of restructuring its portfolio, looking for suitable partners to restructure the above investments, focusing all its efforts on core activities related to the agricultural sector and FBMC of the company, thereby creating sustainable value for all stakeholders participating in the company's value chain. At the program, she also emphasized that TTC AgriS always ensures dividend policies for shareholders and investors.
Accompanying and promoting TTC AgriS's Australian market development strategy, Ms. Vo Thuy Anh - Independent Member of the Board of Directors - said: " The cooperation opportunities between Vietnam and the Australian government are very open. TTC AgriS, with its position as a leading agricultural enterprise, is regularly invited by the Australian government and Queensland state leaders to participate in discussions in many programs to promote sustainable agriculture.
Australia is considered a country that guarantees R&D activities. The cooperation and exchange of experiences between TTC AgriS and the Australian government will be a condition for TTC AgriS to optimize R&D activities in the agricultural value chain. Therefore, I fully believe that TTC AgriS's strategy of deeply participating in the international FBMC market will soon have clear results in the coming years .

Mr. Thai Van Chuyen, General Director of TTC AgriS, shared about the positive financial picture of the enterprise with net revenue, pre-tax profit, and after-tax profit all increasing sharply compared to the same period.
As of September 30, the total number of SBT shares held by ETFs, investment funds, and domestic and foreign self-trading shareholders was 164.6 million shares, equivalent to 22.23% of the voting ratio, an increase of 87% compared to June 2023. According to the company, SBT shares maintain their presence in important index baskets of independent units such as VNSI20, reputable domestic and foreign ETFs and Indexes.

Expanding high-tech agricultural value chain from green raw material areas
At the TTC AgriS Stakeholders Site Visit 2024 program, participating guests were introduced to the production process in the banana material area of Thanh Long Farm, in the Banana Planting Project in cooperation with Dole Group (one of the 3 largest fruit exporting groups in the world).
Banana products are one of the latest product lines developed by TTC AgriS, in an effort to expand the crop value chain from not only sugarcane but also coconut, banana and other fruit trees.
Guests visit the organic banana production process at Thanh Long Farm of TTC AgriS.
Guests also visited Thanh Thanh Cong Agricultural Research Institute - the unit conducting research on agricultural technology solutions (Agtech) of TTC AgriS, and directly experienced the activities of the Soil Analysis Lab, Natural Enemy Lab and Tissue Culture Lab.
Here, guests will explore research activities and high-tech applications in agriculture at TTC AgriS through presentations from agronomists who are leading professors and doctors on projects to develop disease-free sugarcane varieties, apply biotechnology and tissue culture techniques to create crop varieties with high disease resistance, meeting strict standards of food hygiene and safety.
TTC AgriS is proud of its initiatives serving the green industry, aiming towards a circular economy such as using natural enemies (notably the red-eyed bee Abi) to replace pesticides in protecting crops, applying bagasse to electricity production, researching the production of Protein from sugarcane, researching other plant-based products... This is also the cradle, the place that creates the foundation for the plan to develop new, nutritious, naturally-derived F&B products, and has a commitment to sustainable practices of TTC AgriS.

The program ends with a visit to TTC AgriS’s factory area with a closed and modern refining process, ensuring the production of the highest quality products for consumers. Sugar products at the factory such as organic sugar, natural brown sugar, and high-grade refined sugar, etc. are exported to many international markets.
The TTC AgriS Stakeholders Site Visit program was successfully organized before the 2023-2024 Annual General Meeting of Shareholders, not only helping partners better understand TTC AgriS's development strategy, but also opening up many opportunities for cooperation in building a circular trade value chain and a sustainable agricultural product ecosystem.
