DNVN - On the morning of March 10, the exchange rate between Vietnamese Dong (VND) and US Dollar (USD) and Chinese Yuan (CNY) at banks tended to increase compared to the end of last week.
At the State Bank, the central exchange rate today was adjusted up by 24 VND compared to March 7, reaching 24,754 VND/USD. With a margin of +/-5%, the ceiling exchange rate is currently at 25,992 VND/USD, while the floor exchange rate is 23,516 VND/USD. At the State Bank Exchange, the reference exchange rate is being announced at 23,567 - 25,941 VND/USD (buy - sell).
At the commercial banking system, at 8:35 a.m., Vietcombank updated the USD exchange rate at 25,330 - 25,690 VND/USD (buy - sell), up 10 VND compared to March 7. BIDV also adjusted the USD price to 25,320 - 25,680 VND/USD (buy - sell), up 10 VND in both directions.
For the CNY, Vietcombank listed the exchange rate at 3,471 - 3,582 VND/CNY (buy - sell), 7 VND higher than the morning of March 7. Meanwhile, BIDV increased the price of this currency by 8 VND, to 3,487 - 3,583 VND/CNY (buy - sell).
