Minister of Home Affairs Pham Thi Thanh Tra said that in preparation for reforming salary policy, the Government issued Decree No. 62/2020/ND-CP regulating job positions and civil servant payrolls as a basis for determining job positions, civil servant payrolls and civil servant rank structure.

The development of the list of job positions, job descriptions and competency frameworks for job positions of cadres and civil servants from 2019 to present has changed the theoretical and practical approach to job positions.
