During the blooming season, the entire forest turns into a pure white color, creating a romantic scene. It is known that on March 8, 2025, Muong Ang district will organize the Ban Flower Festival in Nam Cum village, promising to bring many interesting experiences to visitors.

At this time in Dien Bien, the highland climate is cool in the early morning and late afternoon. To get the best pictures, visitors should choose 2 golden hours of the day from 7am-9am and 4pm-5:30pm.

In particular, from March 13-16, the 2025 Ban Flower Festival and the 8th Dien Bien Province Ethnic Culture, Sports and Tourism Festival will take place.
