He once said he was afraid of performing in faraway cities like Da Nang and Nha Trang, having to celebrate the New Year alone. "At those times, I was alone in the hotel room, feeling that New Year's Eve had no meaning because there was no one by my side. I tossed and turned, just waiting for the morning to come so I could quickly return to my family," Trong Tan said. After the Tet holiday of At Ty 2025 ended, Trong Tan started performing in Vinh on February 1 (the 3rd day of the lunar calendar), then returned to Thanh Hoa and returned to Hanoi the day after.
