Handing over retirement decisions to two comrades Pham Thanh Hoc and Ma Duc Hien

Attending the ceremony were members of the Standing Committee of the Hanoi Party Committee: Chairman of the Party Committee's Inspection Commission Hoang Trong Quyet, Head of the Party Committee's Propaganda Department Nguyen Doan Toan.

Permanent Deputy Secretary of the Hanoi Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen spoke at the ceremony.

At the ceremony, Deputy Chief of Office of the City Party Committee Doan Van Duc announced the retirement decisions of comrades Pham Thanh Hoc and Ma Duc Hien.

Speaking at the ceremony, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen said that, implementing the policy on personnel work, based on the regulations of the Party and the State, the Standing Committee of the City Party Committee has made decisions on granting retirement decisions to enjoy social insurance benefits according to regulations for comrades Pham Thanh Hoc and Ma Duc Hien.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen presented the retirement decision to comrade Pham Thanh Hoc.

Acknowledging the more than 41 years of work of comrade Pham Thanh Hoc, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen assessed that during his work, especially during his time working at the City Party Committee's Propaganda Department, comrade Pham Thanh Hoc always completed his tasks excellently, and was highly appreciated by his comrades and colleagues. With his efforts during more than 41 years of work, comrade Pham Thanh Hoc was awarded the Third Class Labor Medal, the 30-year Party membership badge and soon the 40-year Party membership badge.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen hopes that with her many years of experience in the field of Propaganda, Comrade Pham Thanh Hoc will continue to participate in local activities, thereby continuing to contribute to the construction of the Capital.

Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen presented the retirement decision to comrade Ma Duc Hien.

Appreciating the more than 43 years of work of comrade Ma Duc Hien, especially the work at the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen acknowledged that during his working time, under the direction of the Chairman of the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission, comrade Ma Duc Hien and the collective of the City Party Committee's Inspection Commission have excellently completed the assigned tasks, actively contributing to the overall achievements of the Capital Party Committee.

Congratulating comrades Pham Thanh Hoc and Ma Duc Hien on completing their tasks, Standing Deputy Secretary of the City Party Committee Nguyen Thi Tuyen respectfully acknowledged, commended and highly appreciated the efforts and dedication of the two comrades to the development of the city. At the same time, she hoped that after their retirement, they would continue to contribute to the common development of the capital.
