On August 30, Comrade Cao Tuong Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, presented retirement decisions to Comrade Tran Van Lam, Director of the Department of Finance and Hoang Dinh Sau, Deputy Director of the Department of Transport. Also attending was Comrade Vi Ngoc Bich, Permanent Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Council.
Speaking at the decision-giving ceremony, Comrade Cao Tuong Huy, Deputy Secretary of the Provincial Party Committee and Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, acknowledged and highly appreciated the efforts and contributions of Comrades Tran Van Lam and Hoang Dinh Sau. During their working time, regardless of their positions, they have clearly demonstrated their steadfast political will, responsibility, and exemplary character, maintaining the qualities of a Party member, being simple, approachable, and dedicated, and always completing assigned tasks well.
The Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee hopes that after retiring under the regime, with the experience, qualifications and responsibility of a Party member, comrades Tran Van Lam and Hoang Dinh Sau will continue to contribute to the activities of the province as well as in residential areas.
He requested the Department of Finance and the Department of Transport to continue promoting the tradition of solidarity among the leadership and staff; strive to innovate, excellently complete assigned tasks, and meet new requirements of the province.
Comrade Tran Van Lam and Hoang Dinh Sau expressed their gratitude for the attention of the provincial leaders and affirmed that they will always promote the responsibility of a party member, actively participate in local activities and movements, and contribute to the overall development of Quang Ninh province.
