The Secretary of the City Party Committee and Chairman of the City People's Council requested that agencies, units, departments and functional offices call on cadres, civil servants, public employees and all classes of people, and philanthropists to support with the highest spirit. The City Fatherland Front needs to have specific instructions for the Fatherland Fronts of wards and communes so that the calling and mobilization are highly effective.
