Also according to the list of exam results announced by the Ministry of Education and Training, in Ho Chi Minh City, in addition to the two schools with the highest number of prize-winning candidates, Le Hong Phong High School for the Gifted and Tran Dai Nghia High School for the Gifted, some schools also have many prize-winning candidates such as Gia Dinh High School, Nguyen Thuong Hien High School, Marie Curie High School, Nguyen Huu Huan High School, etc.

Therefore, the number of candidates in Ho Chi Minh City participating in this exam has doubled compared to the previous school year.
