Top schools with super low benchmark scores, 14 points can still pass

In addition to many schools having high admission scores, in the 2024 admission season, some universities have set the standard score at only 14 - 15 points. That means each candidate only needs to score 5 points/subject to have a chance to be admitted to university.

At Quang Nam University, the admission score for the majors of Information Technology, English Language, Plant Protection, and Vietnamese Studies (Culture - Tourism) is 14, meaning candidates only need to achieve an average of 4.6 points/subject (or lower if they have priority points).

In 2024, Binh Duong University of Economics and Technology will take a common score of 14 points for 16/17 training majors (except Pharmacy with 21 points). Among these, many majors are considered hot such as Law, Business Administration, Marketing, Information Technology, Logistics and Supply Chain Management, English Language...

Thanh Dong University (Hai Duong) has a benchmark score of 14 - 21 based on the 2024 high school exam results. Of which, Traditional Medicine and Pharmacy have the highest benchmark score of 21 points.

Following are Nursing, Nutrition, Medical Laboratory Technology, Medical Imaging Technology with 19 points. The remaining 19/25 majors have a benchmark score of 14, applicable to all combinations.

The benchmark scores of Can Tho University range from 15 to 28.43 points, the highest being History Pedagogy.

The majors with the lowest benchmark scores belong to the Agriculture - Forestry - Fisheries group such as Aquaculture, Fisheries Management, Agronomy, Animal Husbandry... (all 15 points).

Kien Giang University offers a score of 14 for Biotechnology; 14.25 for Plant Science, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Business and 14.95 for Business Administration.
