Master Phung said that the Ministry of Education and Training has announced the regulations for the high school graduation exam and sample exam questions. For the university and college entrance exam, although there are no official regulations, students need to note: There are no more early admission methods. Currently, there is only one early admission method, which is direct admission according to the Ministry's regulations. Most schools have direct admission, review of transcripts, review of competency assessment test scores, review of V-SAT scores and review of high school graduation exam scores or a combination of transcript scores and high school scores... In previous years, the transcript review method could use grades 10, 11, semester 1 of grade 12, but this year the Ministry of Education and Training requires the use of scores from the entire grade 12 year.
According to the draft, schools are allowed to open many different admission combinations. Regarding priority points, they cannot exceed 10% of the total score of 3 subjects. In 2025, schools will return to a common score scale even though they use many admission methods.
The Ministry of Education and Training agrees to allow schools to use foreign language certificates converted into a scale of scores to consider in subject groups. Therefore, students may not need to take the high school graduation exam in a foreign language if they have a foreign language certificate and if the university converts the scores of this certificate.

Master Nguyen Thi Kim Phung explains: The method of considering the transcript of the University of Finance and Marketing has 2 forms: 1. Students who meet one of 4 conditions: have good high school academic results: excellent students in grades 10, 11, 12; Students of specialized schools with an average score of over 6.0; Students who are first, second, or third place at the provincial or city level or members of the national team or have IELTS 5.5 or higher. 2.
