Top most attractive employer brand for students named Sun Group

Among them, Sun Group excelled over 720 candidates who are leading enterprises to be honored for the 4th consecutive time as "Top 100 Best Places to Work in Vietnam".

Notably, at this year's Awards Ceremony, this brand broke the historical "record" of previous years, when for the first time it was honored in 3 categories at the same time: Top 100 Large Enterprises with the Best Working Environment in Vietnam, Top 50 Most Attractive Employer Brands for Vietnamese Students in 2023 and Top 15 Typical Enterprises with Happy Human Resources.

Ranking in the Tourism/Food & Resort industry for “the best working environment in Vietnam 2023”, two member brands of Sun Group, Sun World Group and Sun Hospitality Group, also won the highest positions of No. 1 and No. 2 respectively. In the Real Estate industry, the Sun Group brand was also named in the Top 2.

In the first year, the number of businesses participating in this award category reached 340 units. To be named in the Top 50; candidates need to go through a public evaluation and voting process of 9,638 third- and fourth-year students or interns at businesses across the country.

The Vietnam Best Workplaces Survey conducted by Anphabe, a pioneering consulting firm in Employer Branding and Workplace Environment solutions, during the period 2013 - 2023 is one of the first surveys specializing in measuring the attractiveness of Vietnamese employer brands, sponsored by the Vietnam Federation of Commerce and Industry (VCCI) and verified by a third party (Nielsen Vietnam, Intage Vietnam).

The 2023 survey was conducted with 63,878 employees with over 1 year of experience and the participation of 752 businesses. Previously, in mid-August 2023, Sun Group also marked the fourth consecutive milestone of receiving the title "Best Workplace in Asia 2023" awarded by the continent's leading human resources magazine - HR Asia.
