President Vladimir Putin speaks at a meeting with the Russian Interior Ministry on March 5. Mr. Putin gave important tasks to the security forces, affirming their key role in maintaining stability and developing the country, and especially emphasizing the determination to protect national order and sovereignty in the context of many changes. The leader affirmed that although the security forces and the army have different tasks, they both aim at a common goal: ensuring national security - protecting the integrity of Russia.
