Seminar on training solutions, use and development of human resources

On the afternoon of March 18, at Kinh Bac Cultural Center, the Industrial Park Management Board in collaboration with the Korean Business Association in Vietnam (KOCHAM) organized a seminar on "Solutions for training, using and developing human resources".

Overview of the Discussion

Bac Ninh province currently has over 1,000 FDI projects from Korean investors, accounting for 41% of the total number of FDI projects in the province, with a total capital of 16.1 billion USD (accounting for 51%). In addition to constantly promoting administrative reform, creating the best business environment, prioritizing resources to modernize synchronous and modern infrastructure. Bac Ninh always focuses on and effectively implements solutions to improve the quality of human resources. Bac Ninh is the first locality in the country to have its own policy, supporting the teaching and training of high-quality human resources and the semiconductor industry to serve the digital technology industry.

Currently, there are 58 vocational training institutions in the province, providing over 10,000 workers for businesses every year. Bac Ninh has also prepared infrastructure to develop a university city, attracting prestigious training institutions to invest in Bac Ninh, linking vocational education with businesses, a 3-party coordination mechanism: State - School - Business. Continue to promote attraction to form a regional and high-quality human resource training center, Research and Development Center (R&D). However, in reality, the quality of human resources still faces certain limitations.
