“Ti’s Story” is a collection of short stories and essays marking the return of writer Phan Thi Vang Anh, one of the most beloved writers of contemporary Vietnamese literature. This is a gentle work that records simple stories of everyday life with a subtle writing style that makes familiar things strange.
Everyone has a "family story" - stories that seem small, trivial, and not worth paying attention to. But under the sharp and graceful pen of Phan Thi Vang Anh, those seemingly simple things become a mirror reflecting human behavior and psychology in modern society, revealing how people live with themselves and with each other.
