On March 6, Ha Tinh Provincial Youth Union coordinated with the Vietnam Youth Union of Ha Tinh province to simultaneously deploy and organize digital transformation activities in response to the "Digital Education for All" movement throughout the province.
The province has established more than 210 youth teams for "Digital Education for the People" with nearly 3,000 members. These are key union officials and young people who are knowledgeable and have in-depth knowledge of digital transformation in communes, wards and towns.
The "Digital Literacy" teams have focused on propaganda and support to popularize basic knowledge and skills of information technology to people and children in direct or online forms.
In particular, many "Digital Literacy" teams have reached out to remote areas, the elderly, to guide and popularize the use of computers, smart devices, social networks, and online public services.
At the same time, guide people to access the Internet and essential digital skills in a civilized manner, ensure basic information security and safety, avoid digital fraud; identify and prevent bad and toxic information in digital space...

On the same morning, youth union organizations in 12 districts, towns, and cities also launched the model of "streets, residential areas, and markets with cashless payments".
Many youth union members visited each business household to promote and encourage cashless payment methods using smart mobile devices via accounts and QR codes.
This helps people experience new, fast, modern payment methods, gradually changing cash usage habits and directing consumers to new, safe, fast, and convenient payment methods.
