To promptly grasp voters' opinions and recommendations, the Standing Committee of Tien Yen District People's Council has developed a plan and organized meetings with voters in the direction of expanding the composition and subjects, so that voters can express their recommendations and aspirations right at the grassroots level.

Cracked walls and house embankments occur in many households in Ha Trang Tay village (Dong Hai commune, Tien Yen district).

Typhoon Yagi has seriously affected many points on the embankment in the downstream area of Ha Thanh dam (Ha Trang Tay village, Dong Hai commune). Of the embankment line that is more than 1km long, nearly 400m (residential area) is in a state of landslides and deep erosion. For example, the riverbank section around the gas station is over 200m long, currently an earthen bank, the embankment is not yet solid, with 14 households living around it. After the flood, it was deeply eroded into the foot of the house embankment wall, causing the foot of the embankment to collapse, causing many kitchen walls of the households to crack.

Mr. Vu Van Tien (Ha Trang Tay village) said: Due to the impact of storm Yagi, heavy rain, strong winds, combined with high tides of several meters, in just a moment, dozens of meters of embankment collapsed, house walls also cracked, affecting the family's life. If this situation is not resolved soon, in the event of unusual weather conditions, the entire embankment will soon collapse and affect the households.

The area of nearly 200m near the foot of Ha Trang bridge, below the dam that blocks water for irrigation in Khe Can village, is also in a state of collapsed embankment, deeply eroded and close to people's houses. 6 households living in this area are always worried about their safety during the rainy season. Mr. Tran Duc Ba, Chairman of Dong Hai Commune People's Committee, said: The district's professional department has coordinated with the commune government to survey the current situation in each area. Having a plan to overcome the above problems soon will help people feel secure in stabilizing their lives, ensuring safety, especially when storms occur.

The manhole cover system along National Highway 18A through Dong Ngu commune has degraded in many places.

Voters of Dong Ngu commune proposed that the manhole cover system along National Highway 18A through the commune is currently degraded and damaged in many places, causing traffic safety problems, affecting people's lives and urban aesthetics; requesting the District People's Committee and Road and Bridge Management Joint Stock Company II to have a plan to repair broken manhole covers to ensure traffic safety as well as people's lives. After storm Yagi, many canals, roads, and small dams in the area were damaged, affecting production activities and people's travel; for projects invested by the district, requesting the district to promptly direct relevant agencies and units to fix them; for projects assigned to the commune as the investor, requesting the district, relevant professional departments and offices to support repair costs.

To promptly resolve voters' recommendations, the Standing Committee of the District People's Council conducted a field survey. At the 25th session of the District People's Council, the Standing Committee of the District People's Council compiled 18 opinions in various fields. The District People's Committee classified the opinions and recommendations according to its authority; issued documents clearly assigning tasks for handling and resolving to relevant agencies and units.

In the coming time, the district will continue to pay attention to directing the resolution of outstanding recommendations, especially prioritizing the allocation of resources to resolve issues in the fields of basic construction investment, transportation, urban beautification, etc. For opinions and recommendations that require time to resolve, the response will clearly state the direction and roadmap for resolution. Thereby contributing to removing difficulties and obstacles, limiting petitions, promoting socio-economic development, stabilizing security and order, and creating trust for voters and people.
