Tien Yen District People's Council passed a resolution on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee.

On February 27th, the 20th term of the Tien Yen District People's Council, 2021-2026, held its 26th session (a specialized session) to discuss and decide on several issues related to the reorganization of the political system's organizational structure; and to strongly promote socio-economic development within the authority of the District People's Council.

The 26th session of the District People's Council, 20th term, 2021-2026, considered and decided on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee. This is a very important issue to promptly concretize the policies and directives of the province and the district regarding the arrangement and streamlining of the organizational structure of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee, ensuring uniformity and consistency in state management for each sector and field from the province to the district, as well as ensuring continuous and timely operation without legal gaps, improving the efficiency and effectiveness of the political apparatus in conjunction with implementing personnel reduction, restructuring, and improving the quality of the staff, meeting the requirements and tasks in the new situation.

In addition, the District People's Council also discussed, considered, and decided to adjust and supplement the district's socio -economic development plan for 2025 with a growth target of 16.5%. The adjustment of the district's socio-economic development target for 2025 to 16.5% aims to successfully achieve the province's growth target of over 14% in 2025, creating a solid foundation for achieving double-digit growth in the 2026-2030 period.

At the session, the district People's Council delegates heard presentations from representatives of the district People's Committee on proposals for the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the district People's Committee; a proposal to supplement the socio-economic development plan for 2025 with a growth target of 16.5%; and the verification reports of the district People's Council committees on the proposals and draft resolutions to be adopted at the session.

At the closing of the session, the Tien Yen District People's Council unanimously voted to approve the Resolution on the establishment and reorganization of specialized agencies under the District People's Committee and the Resolution on supplementing the socio-economic development plan for 2025 with the goal of achieving a growth rate of 16.5% or higher.
